Easy to follow course on Bridgecom University, so you won't need to worry about learning the radio's capabilities. The customer service and support is prime, and one of the best.

The learning curve on Anytone radios is something that is never-ending but this is another aid. Getting the Super Codeplug was...well....Super too!

Still trying to get the firmware updated. Window 11 message check your comport settings. Only have one comport and it is set on it. Working with your tech department hoping it gets resolved
Have 2 of them and love them. Going to buy 2 more want one for each mode. Don't have to worry about getting switched if I'm talking. Plus keep in house and have on the road.

I’m so glad I decided to purchase this radio. Lots of options and quality build. There is a learning curve for DMR, but the BridgeCom University videos that came with it were really helpful. Of course, it can be used for analog communications as well. Great choice!
Well it is a new experience going to DMR ! And how your can talk anywhere in the world. I first had issues but Jeremiah got me up and running!
I bought my Anytone AT578UVIII Plus and didn't want to slog through hours of finding channels and groups to add. Subscribed to the membership and downloaded the super plug and have viewed all the related videos for my radio. I have used support a couple of times and the support is first rate. I am really please with the radio and software, it is well worth the cost.
BCR 220 repeater was purchased to replace a GE Mastr II I modified from a VHF version. The Mastr II was getting very old and I was getting reports about poor receiver sensitivity.
