B-Stock AnyTone AT-878UVII Plus

I bought the B Stock 878UVII to replace my 11 year old 868. I am super pleased that I can now use it for digital roaming.

The unit was super clean, latest FW and I was able to rock in roll in short order. The GPS had failed sometime ago on the 868 and I am glad to have it back.

Solid radio with APRS & Bluetooth. Intuitive interface and CPS programming. Very happy with the radio (as if I needed another!).

Came in original box with the accessories. After charging the battery I programmed it to match my other 878. It works just as I expected.

In my case, it was all packaged like it was new, the radio itself appeared new. Firmware was up-to-date in my case. This is my first DMR radio, so I am still learning, Not a windows fan, but the software to program the radio does a good job, along with the description of what the feature does at the bottom - saves some time referencing the manual. Audio checks on UHF / VHF repeaters all came back good. Now that i can make it do what I know, time to play with the DMR side. I have not set up the APRS features, as I have another radio already set up, but eventually. Only whine I would have is the lowest Volume is a little louder then I would like. Plenty of YouTube videos on this product. And I had a quick chat with there tech support - very response, and answered my questions right away.
