Jeremiah is a Rock Star

My Skybridge went belly up and while Jeremiah couldn't fix a failed hardware issue, he was able to advise the required hardware failure due to out of warranty. Replaced raspberry pi and Fresh image of WSPD and good to go.

Hot Spot lost its program

Your Tech called at the time specified, took control of my laptop, and did his magic. Apparently, Pi-Star did an upgrade, and left everyone hanging out to dry. He got me up and running and answered all of my questions. Top notch!
