True plug and play! Plugged it in, turned it on and it worked. First QSO in 2 minutes success and it looks good too. Fast service. Company easy to deal with kept me updated at all times via email and phone. Great experience.

I am a "tech person" but, it is really nice to literally open up the box of goodies, power everything up and be on the air within minutes. The Training course is designed well with short-ish snippets to get you going and deeper into what your equipment can do.
I worked with Chuck tomdetermine my new pi-Star was defective. It would connect to my WiFi, but would not send or receive to my radio. I returned it and they promptly sent me a new one!
