My whole order was not fulfilled. The Bridgecomm Maverick did arrive. But the free item has not been received.

While the Maverick is a great radio, it would have been just a paper weight in my house had I not been able to purchase the “plug and play” option that got me off to the promised great start in 5 minutes. The questions I still had were instantly answered by watching the “university” videos and when all else failed, taking a few minutes of their support professionals time to quickly and competently answer my questions. In brief, they deliver what they promise and more!!!

The course needs more content. If nothing else, recycle the 878 training videos and either reference them or put them in this course since the functions seem to be the same / similar.
