2 mobiles in a box is supposed to last as a repeater? None of mine have!

I spent a ton of money at BridgeCom Systems lately. And, I must say, both their Products and their Service are excellent, thus far.

In this particular case, my new un-opened and un-used SkyBridge hotspot had a screw loose that was rattling around inside the little unit. After I informed BridgeCom, they immediately sent me a FREE postage-paid mailing label to return the unit. That's exactly how it is supposed to be done. They fixed it in a few days and mailed it right back to me. No more loose screw!
