Diagnostic service labor

Sent my repeater in for diagnostics and repair. They received the repeater on a Friday afternoon, figured out the problem and had a repair order ready to go. I signed off and payed the quote thinking it would probably be several days before the work would be completed. Low and behold the TX module was replaced and tested and shipped back out the following Monday early afternoon. I can't say enough how pleased I am with the service provided. Hands down the best customer service I've experienced in the last 10 years! Thanks so much.

Diagnostic service confirmed my 578’s problem (no DMR receive audio) and turned around a warranty replacement in 24 hours.

BridgeCom received my units, troubleshot and advised issue and plan to resolve. The communication from the shipping and receiving department and the service departments was very quick and my new radio was shipped back in record time. I could not have received better support and customer service.
