I was very happy when my BCU membership was upgraded to annual from monthly. I started out monthly to see how I would like it. I have to say I was very impressed with the online training courses, and the Tech Support who goes out of they're way to help resolve the problem at hand. The weekly Zoom content is exceptional. Very happy I upgraded and look forward to becoming a Lifetime Membership at the end of the annual membership.

I had high expectations for this order and would have loved to have it prior to the Memorial Day weekend.
When the order first-time shipped, it should have been here the Monday prior. Here we are, a week late and still no order. It is still 3 States away and taking 2-3 days to move one state at a time; with any luck, i may receive this by the end of next week, which is about 1 month from the date of order.
Reached out to Cusromer Service to look into why the delay, they just confirmed it was shipped and provided me the same tracking number I was inquiring about. As I am not the shipper, I can't inquire directly with the carrier; so add bad customer service on top of very slow order processing and shipping.

I can’t find anything useful on the BC+ site. There appears to be only a few on line courses listed. I can’t access the several courses I would be interested in. It says I have to purchase access but when I click on the “choose plan” button it just takes me back to the top of the page. I have not tried to download the app or the code plug yet. And I’m using an iPad which may be an issue. I will try a Windows machine and download the app and code plug. But if I have to pay for courses in addition to the BC+ membership, then it is unclear what exactly the membership benefits are. Am I missing something, please?
