I like that this is essentially the same charging cradle (QBC-4L) as the one that came with the radio, but with a removable cigarette lighter plug to power it. And of course, the other nice thing about the cradle is that it can handle the battery pack by itself, so my primary use for this will be for charging a second battery while driving.
