AnyTone Belt Clip for AT-D878UV Series

I needed a belt clip for my AnyTone 878 Battery Eliminator Which plugs into the power socket. I bought a special fixture from Lido which could hold my radio and securely fasten in the cup holder. The radio with battery eliminator now is secure.

I called to check on an order after a week. They took a message and said they would call me back. They never called me back so I called again and got the same response. After all, shipping said the computer filled my order but nobody shipped it.
The belt clip was great quality but the customer service/shipping was poor,
