Have no clue how the bluetooth PTT button connects

Go one with the AnyTone 878VII+ package, and for the life of me I can't figure out how to connect it to the HT, didn't see any instructions with it. I push it and it blinks blue, but it is not controlling the HT. KD2ZVP Wayne

I had purchased the 878 plus then promptly misplaced the blue tooth ptt button so ordered this as a replacement. The day after it came in I found the original button. Both match to the radio perfectly though I haven't tried linking them to my vehicle radio.
