• Call or put in a ticket on our Support page (Bridgecomsystems.com) letting us know you need an RMA#.  We will issue it to you.
• Ship us your speaker mic and 578 radio using your own preferred shipping method in a secure box. Write the RMA # on the box.
• We program your speaker mic so that when you receive it back, it is all set up and ready to go! No scrambling to find the information, no frustration, and no sledge hammers! We take care of it for you!
• We ship it back to you on our own dime (unless you are international...please call for rates!)
