Awesome

Works great this far. I wanted to use the wired version and wanted a coiled microphone cable. Ordered from Amazon and just as I thought, it works flawlessly.

Still learning it's operations but so far I am really impressed. Lot to learn yet.

Glad I got this

No issues but I prefer to plug mine in and not use the Bluetooth. Trying to figure out where I can got a RJ-45 coiled mic cable for this. Any direction is appreciated.

Nice Remote Device. A bit noisy though.

While the unit does a nice job of controlling the radio remotely, the audio makes noticeable clicking and popping noises when a signal is present and the volume is turned all the way down.

Nice addition to the radio

I am a CERT in California. I use this with my 578 to give me a 50 watt base radio when we are sent out in the field.
There is a setting which allows you to turn the base radio and the BT-01 on/off using a single button on the BT-01.
