How to Install the AnyTone USB Driver and Device Software

where do I find the usb driver for the DMR 868? can’t seem to locate it on your web site.

Dear Chuck,
I need some help. The driver I downloaded from the page does not seem to work on my win10 pc. It says unknown USB driver… with a yellow warning sign on the tiny icon.
When I try to install the CPS software it says “The drive or UNC share you selected does not exist or is not accessible. Please select another.”
USB ports are working fine with other radios such as ft817 and so on.

I’m waiting for your help.

I can’t find the drivers for Anytone 868 on your support page.

I finally did a google search for the GD Virtual usb driver for the anytone 878. Powerwerks has it on their site. Just google anytone 878 usb driver. First link at the top. It’s powerwerks help center and click on that and scroll down and download the GD virtual driver. Also remember when installing right click the file once you unzip and click run as administrator. Otherwise it won’t work.

Driver installation! I downloaded D878UV_V1.16_official_release.zip. Does this file contain the COM Driver?? The instructions say “Go to the folder named Virtual GD USB COM Drivers”. There is no such folder in the extracted zip file!!!!! 24 to 48 hrs for a call back!…no thanks. If anybody actually reads this and knows what the answer is…please email me.
