I hope you can help me out with all this cuz I’m looking for any information that can help me out to get my hand radio license I have a disability we do everything backwards and I try to take the test and I failed it three or four times and nobody knows where I can find it on a CD where I can get some help so if you do get back to me soon as possible or appreciate it my address is 1 38 West Esters Road apt A Cave City, KY 42127
