I am a "tech person" but, it is really nice to literally open up the box of goodies, power everything up and be on the air within minutes. The Training course is designed well with short-ish snippets to get you going and deeper into what your equipment can do.
Purchasing from BridgeCom was the right choice because they provide excellent support resources via their website, they supply the additional Nagoya antenna, and they ship promptly. It is far wiser than dealing with a risky, unknown Amazon supplier. I'd recommend BridgeCom to others.
