I am a "tech person" but, it is really nice to literally open up the box of goodies, power everything up and be on the air within minutes. The Training course is designed well with short-ish snippets to get you going and deeper into what your equipment can do.
I have both the 868 and now the 878. The new features make a great radio even better. You will not be disappointed!
