I had a great experience ordering from Bridgecom. I was new to DMR Amateur Radio and inadvertently ordered my portable for the wrong band. With a brief email to their customer service dept explaining my mistake, they were quick to understand my situation and agreed to exchange the radio without issue. I shipped the original back and, upon receipt, they shipped me the radio I needed and I received it shortly thereafter. The radio has a quality feel to it and I'm happy with its performance.
