Fast shipping, even when I ordered it over a holiday weekend! Commercial quality cable. Included CD-R has the USB drivers and User's Manual on it along with the programming software. CD is set to autostart when loaded into the CD drive. Install was fast and easy, and the same for programming the radio. The cable uses a 6-pin modular connector to the radio mic input, which is 8-pin, but has a interface chip in the USB end, so a Kenwood cable which is similar will not work, FYI. Now I just have to figure out what to do with the rest of the 250 channel memories available. :) I gave 4 stars because of the price being a little steep and that you can't set the Alignment Menu items with the software - you still have to use the front panel. And if you need the factory settings for the deviation settings, all three are set to 5.
