After we went over what little I could do for troubleshooting, the problem was found and fixed by the next day. I also feel they went the extra mile by reaching out to clarify the issue to provide the best fix.

My 2 skybridge hotspots ( 2021) models needed some work, I called got a service ticket sent them in they were on the way back asap thank you guys class act all the time great support 🤙🏽
