Arrived quickly, worked well, as it should. Quickly programmed an auction bought repeater that was just set to run slightly above GMRS band down on to a GMRS repeater pair. Tuned a set of "cans" and the whole thing is on the air in an afternoon.

Everything worked. Luckily I had the program copied to the computer because the key card quit responding after using it twice.
