BCR/BCM programming kit

Tried to get the computer to bring up the software to program my repeater and nothing works. Nothing comes up and I tried to install it on two different computers. Still nothing works so now I have to try to get some to explain why I purchase something and nothing works

Arrived quickly, worked well, as it should. Quickly programmed an auction bought repeater that was just set to run slightly above GMRS band down on to a GMRS repeater pair. Tuned a set of "cans" and the whole thing is on the air in an afternoon.

Everything worked. Luckily I had the program copied to the computer because the key card quit responding after using it twice.
