I I like this radio lots. Now that have learned to program iit which is so much easier than other radios that I have. Wish I had more time but stay busy with wife projects. Hope to get more time to use it. Thanks too good support makes it even better.

Not a Good experience

I’ve never bought anything that comes with instructional cd’s or videos as it must likely be a pita.
Guess I let my better judgement slip this time.
I asked after I bought the radio if you would program it if I didn’t buy the hot spot, and the response was “program what?”
Really? Now what would someone want their DMR radio programmed for? Think about it, it’s not very hard.
I might try the thing again in a few days, but maybe a code plug for the U. S. is available? I can see this as possibly going nowhere as I operate only mobile.
I’ve used the software to program local repeaters into the radio after figuring out the difference between this software vs ham software but need code plugs for???? My state? My area? U. S?
