Antenna is good but the BT01 is GREAT

As the title says, the antenna works fine, but I've REALLY enjoyed the BT01 accessory for my Anytone 578UVIII Plus Tri-band. I currently use this radio as a base station to monitor 220MHz bands primarily (which is good because the antenna has the best SWR on 220MHz in current form). The antenna is temporarily mounted using a custom ground plane inside a window sill and doing a phenomenal job hitting repeaters both local and the next town(s) over. What I really enjoy is having the ability to change everything in the radio with the BT01 - allowing me to move fairly freely about the house while doing chores, etc. When I say you can change everything in the radio, you can change pretty much EVERY setting on the 578 with the BT01 Speaker mic. It essentially becomes the radio. For those looking to get this bundle for your vehicle, you can also use the included cable for the BT01 if you don't want to use Bluetooth. This configuration allows you to mount the 578 in a remote location (like your trunk or under a seat). In this scenario, the BT01 acts like the detachable faceplate feature you find on other radios.
