I am a "tech person" but, it is really nice to literally open up the box of goodies, power everything up and be on the air within minutes. The Training course is designed well with short-ish snippets to get you going and deeper into what your equipment can do.
I have a TYT MD390 UHF and two 2017 dual band radios. I cut my DMR teeth with those radios. I then bought the Anytone D868 UV. It is a significant improvement! The guys at BridgeCom we’re friendly and helpful!
