True plug and play! Plugged it in, turned it on and it worked. First QSO in 2 minutes success and it looks good too. Fast service. Company easy to deal with kept me updated at all times via email and phone. Great experience.

I am a "tech person" but, it is really nice to literally open up the box of goodies, power everything up and be on the air within minutes. The Training course is designed well with short-ish snippets to get you going and deeper into what your equipment can do.

Happy to report that after two weeks of use it is exceeding expectations... Lots of use with my JUMBO spot AND some of the local repeaters. Battery life and performance are good. Will perhaps pick up a second one if they're available at Dayton.
