Worst customer service I have ever had in my entire life

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in my life I try to call to get a question answered they refer me to the book the book they never gave me but the book I have to find online it's a very simple their product doesn't work the repeater has never charged a battery like it's supposed to there's no voltage coming out of the back of the repeater to charge a battery I'm starting to get really pissed off

Great radio limited by only 30 watts

This is a well made, solidly built, great performing and easy to use radio. My only complaint is that it only has 30 watts output. I would like it to have at least 50 watts but would prefer 65 watts output on high power.

Gets Hot

Nice little radio. Nice audio. Works well with link connection to the repeater except at high power it takes no time for it to get really hot. Not using the link on its own at 40 watts there's no problem, so maybe duty cycle? 4 stars except for the heat.

Bcr to bcm link cable.

Real simple. Program link radio plug cable from repeater to link radio and thats it. The link and repeater audio are perfect. Bridgcom s. Products are the best. This is from a repeat customer and will be back!!!!
