BridgeCom Plus Membership Policy:

Eligibility: Any individual interested in radio communication is eligible to become a BridgeCom Plus Member.

Benefits: Members are entitled to a range of benefits, including but not limited to discounts on exclusive access to events and training sessions, and early access to new products and updates.

Duration: The membership is valid for term you sign up for from the date of activation and is automatically renewable unless the member chooses to cancel.

Renewal: Members will receive reminders to renew their membership prior to the expiration date. Renewal fees will be the same as the original membership fee and will be charged to the same payment method used at the time of enrollment.

Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to BridgeCom. Refunds will not be given for any unused portion of the membership fee.

Changes to Benefits: BridgeCom reserves the right to modify or discontinue benefits at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability: BridgeCom is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of membership.

Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which BridgeCom is located.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this policy shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
