I must say that I was hesitant to pull the trigger on DMR. I was worried I wouldn’t understand or would be too frustrated to keep going. Not with BridgeCom. The hotspot, 578, and 878 were ready to go right out of the box. The shipping was delayed due to supply chain issues, but the customer service and support has been phenomenal. There was an issue with one part of my order, but they made it right same day. I’ve already made contacts in the US, England, Austria, and Scotland. Thanks BridgeCom.
