I think they got it right

When the 868 came out about a year ago u could do next to nothing from the keypad, I was unable to download the driver available, hence I had a brick in my hand, and returned it. Now a year later they have perfected the 868 and added some cool features in the 878. My first radio had receive audio issues, but Bridgecom excellent customer support came through and it was replaced. Loaded my code plug and bam, worked right the first time, after it was upgraded to 1.9 firmware. Very happy to have room for the expanding database of users, analog and digital, real scanning, GPS/ APRS, which I have yet to play with, however got the GPS to lock today. All in all it’s a great radio, love the color display as well.
