⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Received Pre-programmed radio and DVMEGA within 5 days via USPS. The hotspot micro card had been slightly mis-programmed and tech support offered to send a new and corrected card immediately. The card was swapped and all is well. Tech support was very helpful in all respects. A positive experience.
