I am a "tech person" but, it is really nice to literally open up the box of goodies, power everything up and be on the air within minutes. The Training course is designed well with short-ish snippets to get you going and deeper into what your equipment can do.
I use this antenna on my Anytone d868uv HT in the car, in the house, anywhere. Excellent receive and transmit. Very flexible compared to the factory antenna
