Easy, fast, and VERY supportive!

Buying from Bridgecom was an absolute breeze. My items arrived very quickly, as expected, and fully functioning! There online Bridgecom University has been indispensable in helping me learn my equipment and answer my many product questions.

I must say that I was hesitant to pull the trigger on DMR. I was worried I wouldn’t understand or would be too frustrated to keep going. Not with BridgeCom. The hotspot, 578, and 878 were ready to go right out of the box. The shipping was delayed due to supply chain issues, but the customer service and support has been phenomenal. There was an issue with one part of my order, but they made it right same day. I’ve already made contacts in the US, England, Austria, and Scotland. Thanks BridgeCom. If you’ve been on the fence or just curious give BridgeCom a shot. You won’t be disappointed.
