Learning more each day

It is amazing how much this little radio can do. After being inactive for over 20 years, getting caught up with the new technology presents a steep learning curve for me. Broadcom University has helped immensely to get my radio set up and to learn many of the basic things about DMR. I could not have accomplished much without the help of Broadcom. The training and tips as well as links to resources is at least as valuable as the radio equipment itself!

missing item. Third time trying to get it sent

From the beginning of receiving my order it was short the Emergency Frequency chard that was advertised as an essential bundle for the Emergency Handheld Bundle. This is the third time I am asking for this card to be sent to me. The requests have been sent to sales. But that is where it ends? Support after the sale, even a minor issue, taints the score.
The training course is good, but could be better. The images used off the presenter's computer are not sharp enough to discern the data that is being discussed. Locating active DMR systems in my area is a challenge, I went to the internet and searched and came up with several.
