I use the DMRgateway in the pi-star hotspot using 7 digit tg numbers with the first digit = Network number. Unfortunately Network 1=1 and network 3=3 conflict with 7 digit user ID;s
I tryed to set an 8 digit tg number into the D878 and it gave me an out of range error. My MD380 with TyTools allows me to use 8 digit tg’s for the DMRGateway.
A suggestion for the next update would be to enable the 8 digit tg;s
I agree 10% te manual should be re-written i know several languages but not the instructions. I am sure you will sell many more radios to. Nothing wrong with the radio. I gave it to my son after i gave up he also des not want it i am ready to even buy the plug and play from u i am afraid to screw up something ad can ot even correct it only send it back to u to take care of it for every setting there shoud be instructions how to start with what key then the next step and so on. Is it possible to come up with something like that. For instance there is only P! Aso P2. But the instruction aso has a p3 p4

can my Anytone AT-D878 plus be changed from UK bands to United States Bands?
I have been getting an error code 5 when executing the downloaded software for mt any tone d878uv radio. The radio onboard the radio is in Japanese characters. I need a code plug that I can use to get this any tone d878uv changed to English so I can get menu setup. Can any one help??
