I would have given this radio a 5 star rating. Let's begin with the radio. When shipped and received.The radio was out of my Band Range. I live in Canada. And as a new Ham Operator I had problems trying to figure how to switch the bands I desired for use. I was very disappointed with the response time when I emailed BridgeCom. In fact when BridgeCom finally responded..Nothing was mentioned regarding my problem and how to resolve it. I then called 3 times leaving 3 messages and No One Responded with a call back. Very sad when you purchase your first DMR HT and looking for help..Sure the videos work well In regards to learning how to operate the 868.....Bridgecom University..However I feel let down because your fan base ratings are very good
but yet I was forgotten. Mabey BridgeCom mainly caters to the USA side of business. I don't know..I have read many reviews which made my decision very easy to choose BridgeCom. However your company really needs to pay more attention to consumers that have bought your product. A simple call back or a proper email response would have absolutely been a 10 star rating. Your new videos are in depth and exceptionally on point. Thank you Sebastian for your response to a New 878 HT that I had purchased recently from Amazon. I have sold the 868. And now I'm thinking of getting a mobile unit for my truck..
