I want to say the product is very well built excellent as far as the quality. Unfortunately I do not have it hooked up yet but plan to this week I was waiting for a small shed to arrive and put it up on the hill here with underground electric.

So far So go
we received the repeater in less time than expected. everything seems complete. We are waiting on getting the tower ready to put the repeater on. I will update this review at that time. But so far everything is as promised and timely. Calls to bridgecom were answered promptly.

Overall good, yet if it were me, I'd make 3 changes.
Overall, a NICE machine! I do have 3 specific things to bring up:
1) As last review, I stand by that a repeater's rating should be based on the output of the internal duplexer, although I realize I can use a higher gain antenna to make up the power difference.
2) The repeater's transmit audio is muted when the CW ID switches on. Is this normal for this model? My concern is that it will miss retransmitting a voice ID, possibly a rules violation.
3) Repeater testing information is included. So far so good! My worry is that if someone not authorized happens to tweak with the device, that unless the information such as squelch, RF power, etc from the selector is included and noted that it could cause unnecessary headaches. After all, the repeater itself can be used as a base station, a really decent feature in it's own.

Good Repeater-Does the Job
It's a good repeater that works well off the box and is easy to program. The only shortcoming is that it is not a 40w repeater, it's more like a 30w one when using the duplexer. According to support, if you increase the power to 40w, you will reduce it's lifespan. So it comes to you configured for 30w. Would I buy it again? Yes. Would I recommend it? Yes.
